The event aims to expand knowledge in the areas of the outsourcing industry, modern business services, shared services centres, and other BPO/SSC-related sectors of the economy. Its aim is also to promote Poland as an appealing location for business. The third edition of the Outsourcing Stars Gala this year is officially supported by the Ministry of the Economy, the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, and the Polish Bank Association. This event is expected to see 300 guests from 15 countries, including scientists and businesspeople, and also delegates from foreign outsourcing organisations (such as the American IAOP, the German Outsourcing Verband, the Ukrainian Lviv IT Cluster, the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce, and the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce). This year’s gala is hosted by the Pro Progressio Foundation.

The Outsourcing Stars Gala will be held not only to summarise the year in the industry, but also to award the best and mostrobust outsourcingservices providers and outsourcing-business support institutions. The Outsourcing Stars 2015 awards will be given in 12 categories: Document Archiving, BPO, Call/Contact Center, Car Fleet Management, Developer, HR/ Body Leasing, HR / Recruitment, IT Contracting, Accounting / HR / Payroll, Sales Outsourcing, Real Estate – RealPropertyMarket Consulting.

Speakers will includeSławomirMajman, President of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, StepanVeselovskyi – President of the Lviv IT Cluster – an eminent expert on the IT industry in Ukraine and the man behind a major European IT conference called Lviv IT Arena, Marko Kovacevic, CEO, Central & Southern Europe at IAOP – the largest outsourcing organisation in the world, bringing together over 120,000 members, D.K. Sareen, Executive Director at ESC – a leading Indian-Government-supported organisation promoting the exports of IT services and bringing together over 2300 IT companies, and WojciechPiotrowicz, PhD, a lecturer and researcher at Oxford University.
