Your responsibilties:
- updating and maintaining customer database with accurate customer information and timely data entry
- analyzing customers behaviour
- educating current customers and resolving their problems
- managing customer data bases
- optimizing clients’ accounts
An ideal candidate for the position:
- is super focus on his/her tasks
- has very good skills in written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
- has super Communications skills
- has excellent knowledge of Excel
- is focused on self development
- is coffee addicted!
