Jerome Mullen was invited to the Golf Experience visit to the West Pomerania (northwestern part of Poland). The golf industry in Poland is growing and according to many players it is the best value for money golf experience in Europe. Today, there are approximately 3.000 registered golfers and an additional 5.000 non-registered players. There are new golf development projects in every part of Poland, and the numbers of golfers are increasing rapidly.

Mr Mullen visited one of the first golf courses in Poland – Amber Baltic Golf Club. The club has been established in 1993. It is situated on the Island of Wolin on the Baltic coast, located within the beautiful Woliński National Park. In the near proximity is Międzyzdroje – picturesque town and seaside resort, called a “The Pearl of the Baltic”. The Amber Baltic course hosted a number of national and international tournaments. The 18-hole course is suitable for both, beginners and experienced golfers.

The next stop was a Binowo Park Golf Course located within a stunning area of Szczecin Landscape Park. In the surroundings of Beech Forest are a 9-hole golf training, 18-hole championship golf, exercise and event areas and club house with restaurant are conference room.

The last of the 4 day trip was visit to the Modry Las Golf Club. The Club has been named Poland ’s best golf course and is on the list of Golf World’s top 100 European golf courses. The 18-hole championship course is the first in Central Europe to be designed by legendary Gary Player. The Modry Las is a naturally beautiful golf course in northwestern Poland, an area known for its rolling countryside, pristine lakes and virgin forests.
