The Ship, operated by Danish Maersk Line, had arrived from South Korea and it was its first voyage. This unusual ships arrival strengthens the position of Gdańsk as a gateway to the Central – Eastern Europe and Russia. The terminal in Gdańsk is the only one on the Baltic side of Danish Strains which is able to accommodate container of this size.
