For many years, Poland and Ukraine have been the centers of outsourcing services used by companies from the United States and Western Europe. Outsourcing service providers from both countries are constantly expanding their client portfolio. Both countries are also eagerly chosen as locations for BPO and ITO operation centers. Access to staff, extensive experience of service providers and small cultural differences make the outsourcing cooperation between Ukraine and Poland not only possible but also successful.
In the year 2015, the first Forum dedicated to the Polish and Ukrainian modern business services market took place in Rzeszów. The event two years ago brought together a wide range of industry experts and created a business bridge between neighbouring countries. Rzeszów, located in half way between the outsourcing capital of Ukraine – Lviv and the Polish center of shared services – Krakow, has hosted many expert debates. On November 22nd 2017, the second edition of the Polish-Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum will be held in Rzeszów. This time it will bring together a conference element with an exhibition part. The forum is scheduled for one full day with a networking cocktail at the end of the day. In the current edition, the Forum organizers have planned a number of discussion panels to address issues both locally and cross-border as well as international.
