The first Leaders of the Future Club meeting took place on 17 July 2014 in the St. Antonio Restaurant in Warsaw. The club members have been nominated within the “25/25. Young leaders to start” programme organised under the patronage of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. Among others, the group of 25 leaders includes Adam Bodnar, Rafał Brzoska, Joanna Erbel, Maria Seweryn, Olga Kozierowska, Dorota Masłowska, Artur Kurasiński, Michał Sadowski and Patrycja Piekutowska, who gave a beautiful concert at the club meeting.
Like in previous years, the competition was addressed to entrepreneurs who offer highest quality products and services, who are innovative, who want to promote their distinctive character and who want to strengthen the image of goods offered on the Polish market. The competition was also open to municipalities, research institutes and companies that run innovative projects.
March is a month of women. A natural comment to contemporary cultural and social changes is emphasising that women’s influence is growing. We do it by presenting a list of the most influential Polish representatives of the fair sex.
Women participating in a debate called “An enterprising Polish woman. Power of women in the Polish economy” wondered whether Polish women have entrepreneurship in their genes and talked about the roots of their success as well as the system improvements that should be introduced in Poland to develop the enterprising potential from an early age.
