The economic-investment mission of representatives of Polish institutions and companies headed by deputy minister of economy Jerzy Pietrewicz has finished successfully. The mission is one of the projects arranged on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relation between Poland and India. Polish Infomation and Foreign Investment Agency was represented in India by deputy president Monika Piątkowska.

50 completed investment projects with a total value of €1,809.74m which will create 8,513 new jobs in the nearest future – it’s a preliminary result of investments supported by Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency in 2014.

Signing the MoU between Polish Infomation and Foreign Investment Agency represented by president Sławomir Majman and Patrick Chisanga, MD of Zambia Development Agency was the first highlight of the Poland – Zambia Economic Forum. Now we can extend the cooperation. I’m proud to be engaged in Go Africa programme, added Polish MP Kilion Munyama.

“Only 1% of total Polish foreign trade is generated with Africa. It is still not enough. In 3 years it should be increased to 3%”, said Polish Infomation and Foreign Investment Agency president Sławomir Majman during the opening speech of a conference on Poland – Africa business relations.

Poland is considered as the European centre of automotive business. It is where almost all kinds of car’s compotes and car parts are produced. Innovation and the cooperation of local government, business and science in Polish automotive sector were discusses during the conference Automotive industry – innovation by cooperation. Polish Infomation and Foreign Investment Agency was represented by deputy president Anna Polak-Kocińska.

President of Poland, Mr. Bronislaw Komorowski took part in the conference dedicated to the Polish-American investment cooperation that was held on Thursday, September 25, 2014.
