The main objective of PAMI is to inspire participants with selected Polish and American solutions, encourage them to realize their own ideas and boost creativity and entrepreneurship.
On the first day invited speakers from US and Poland will share their perspective on innovation in business, science and society. They will focus on a ‘toolkit’ of a successful entrepreneur, discuss the challenges of modern leadership, and hear some Polish-American success stories – to mention only a few topics. In the evening, all participants are invited for a networking dinner connected with open presentation of Student Formula cars, by AGH University of Science and Technology and University Racing Team, and Rzeszów University of Technology Racing Team.
On Saturday, during two workshop sessions (morning and afternoon), participants will practice their skills in (among others) idea pitching, strategizing, building a competence advantage of a company, and team building. They will learn how to organize a start-up, get to know best practices of implementing innovation, develop their creative skills, effective communication, and learning on failures.
