Correspondence Literary Club of Young Poles (KKLMP) is pleased to announce the results of the Poetry Competition 2013!

This year our slogan “I Would Like To Be Like Tuwim!” hit the Polish and social networking websites in many places in the world! About 100 poems was sent for the contest from young poets living in Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ukraine, Sweden, Ireland and USA.

Jury: Agnieszka Steur (writer), Waldemar Pankiw (PNKV) and Aneta Noworyta (writer) have selected nine finalists in three age categories.

Jury refrained from granting 2 and 3 awards in the oldest age group due to insufficient influx of poetry. We would like to sincerely congratulate all participants, and we appreciate your efforts! The fact that you were not awarded in this contest does not mean that your poems were worse nor that you have no chance of winning in the future poetic competitions! Thus we encourage you to carry on, develop your talents and to have more contact with Polish literature!

Prize and certificate giveaway will be held at  SPK in Hague on June 8

Exact address and time will be announced at a later date. Please check website: www.anetanoworyta.blox.pl

We invite all participants from the local area to Hague. The winner from the far corners of the world will receive prizes and certificates by mail.
