Together-Razem Centre is delighted to invite you for two Legal Seminars organised with conjunction of Lillian O’Sullivan & Co Solicitors and Kevin Hegarty Solicitors, where we will highlight the most common problems regarding Employment and Family Law in Ireland.

Taking into consideration our Clients’ great interest in our weekly Legal Advice Clinic, we decided to introduce you with the basic aspects of Employment and Family Law.

This project is co-funded by financial means received from Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of Competition for the execution of a public task “Cooperation with Polonia and Poles abroad in 2014.”

The first Seminar will take place on Saturday, 11th October 2014, at 4.00 p.m.-6.00 p.m. in Gresham Metropole Hotel.

The second Seminar, entirely focused on Family Law, will be presented on Friday 21st November 2014, at 2.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m., also in Gresham Metropole Hotel.

The lecture in the form of presentation will be the main part of the event, but at the same time participants will have a chance to get free, individual legal advice with one of our Speakers. For those who may not have an opportunity to do speak with Solicitors in person, they can sign up for our weekly Legal Clinic in Together-Razem Centre, which are provided every Tuesday in our office on 17 George’s Quay. One of our Consultants will be SIPTU representative, Mr Barnaba Dorda who will explain different aspects of Trade Unions.

The most common topics we meet on our Legal Clinics are among others: breaching employee’s rights, insufficient or extended working hours, using legal loophole by the employers, and various issues regarding marriage, separation and parental rights.

If you experienced similar problems by yourself or someone from your family or friends circle doesn’t know where to go to find answer for their questions–we are giving you an opportunity to discuss all your doubts with specialist and get some directions for further actions.

You all are more than welcome.
