Nostri Mundi (“Our World”) is committed to the task of promoting mutual understanding between the Dutch community and migrant workers. To achieve the goal, the centre has, since 2013, organised all kinds of actions and events (primarily commercial) with an emphasis on language, culture and social aspects of the Netherlands and the countries of origin.
Nostri Mundi organises, among other things, language courses, meetings and a duty information service at its headquarters. Among the foundation’s plans are also themed meetings and coaching, for beginners and experienced entrepreneurs to exchange experiences and gain new information they need. The experience of the instructors motivates the entrepreneurs participating in the meetings to go further.
Nostri Mundi is also involved in translation and interpreting in most European languages, according to the needs of institutions, foundations, and groups, and also for helping to gain documentation needed to receive quality marks.
