Gdańsk is the only city in Poland that has been nominated in the competition for the title of “European Best Destination 2017”. Participating in the competition are cities that tourists most willing visit and have a very good reputation on the Internet – our competitors are cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Paris, Vienna, London, Madrid and Budapest. You can vote till 10th of February 2017.

60 teams have declared their participation in the third edition of European Rover Challenge. They come from 12 countries, among others from Canada, USA, Italy, Poland and also Peru. The final round of the competition will take place in Jasionka, between 10th and 13th September 2016.

Polish space sector company Blue Dot Solutions became a finalist in a start-up competition at a Disrupt Space conference.
Entries are welcome for the competition “The Poster Remediated” at the 25th International Poster Biennale in Warsaw. The competition held as part of the 25th edition of the International Poster Biennale in Warsaw is open to entries from 15 March 2016. Artists and graphic design studios from all over the world are invited to create short animations based on the selected posters awarded at the Biennale. Entries may be submitted until 10 May 2016. The International Poster Biennale in Warsaw is organised by the Poster Museum at Wilanów.

Fourteen years ago, an idea was born to play with Polish literature, poetry for children. Thanks to our extraordinary masters, we have a lot to choose from. That way, in 1999, theatre Het Klein in Eindhoven held the 1st Wierszowisko, i.e. Polish Poetry Festival for Children.
