This year, passengers will choose from 13 new connections added to last year’s offer, amounting to 83 routes in total and 11 new destinations. Additionally, the easyJet and Ryanair flights launched in the 2016/2017 winter season will remain in the schedule. After seven years, Kraków Airport is proud to relaunch a direct flight to the United States (Chicago), and for the first time this summer, passengers will also fly to Portugal (Porto) and Israel (Tel Aviv).

On February 26th, an inauguration of this year’s first of 11 new routes from Warsaw Chopin Airport, took place. New destinations will appear in the network of, i.a. LOT and Wizz Air. Five more connections will be launched on already existing routes.

In the winter season, as many as six new routes will be offered to passengers by two largest airlines operating from Kraków Airport – Ryanair and easyJet. Tourists arriving at Kraków will have the opportunity to discover winter attractions of Kraków and Małopolska.

Starting 3rd July Chopin Airport will welcome a new air carrier. Low-cost Dutch airline Transavia will launch flights from Warsaw to Paris Orly. Transavia will become the 31st airline offering scheduled flights from Chopin Airport, with services to Paris being the 12th new route from Warsaw to be launched in 2015.

Eurolot, Germanwings, Norwegian and Vueling plan to launch new services from Warsaw. As a result, Chopin Airport’s route network will expand of at least 13 new destinations in 2014.

Airberlin is ploughing ahead with its growth strategy for the USA and increasing the frequency of flights on its routes from Berlin and Dusseldorf to New York and from Dusseldorf to Miami and Fort Myers on the winter schedule for 2013.
