The BSS Tour Poland project inaugurated this year by the Pro Progressio Foundation is the second edition of substantive meetings of the outsourcing and modern business services industry.

After the success of last year’s The BSS Tour project, experts from the outsourcing industry and modern business services will visit several cities in Poland again to meet the growing expectations of expanding knowledge in this sector, as well as to redefine investment potential for the BSS sector.

On November 22nd 2017, the second edition of the Polish-Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum will be held in Rzeszów. This time it will bring together a conference element with an exhibition part.
On October 18th another conference from the BSS Tour Poland events cycle will take place in Poznan. The conference “New challenges for Shared Service Centres” is organized by Pro Progressio, City of Poznan, Adaptive SAG and 4Synchronicity. The event is supported by IAOP and German Outsourcing Association.

On 28 January in Warsaw there took place a ceremony marking the end of the year in the outsourcing industry in Poland. The Outsourcing Stars 2015 Gala gathered 300 guests, including academics, businesspeople and representatives of industry organisations from 15 countries worldwide. Experts gave a summary of this successful year, in which, according to the Pro Progressio Foundation, the industry’s growth reached 18-20%.
The Polish market for modern business services is a global leader, growing at an annual rate of 15-18 percent. On 28 January Warsaw will host an event summarising last year in the industry – the Grand Outsourcing Stars Gala 2015. The event will be attended, among others, by delegates from the Ministry of Development, mayors of Polish cities, leaders of international outsourcing organisations, and experts from 15 countries.
Poland is among the world leaders in outsourcing. The employment of 150,000-180,000 people in the BPO/SSC sector is the highest of any country in Europe and its annual growth is steady at 15-18%.
Kraków again is the best European city in terms of global outsourcing destinations. According to The Tholons Top 100 Outsourcing Destinations 2015, Kraków, for the second year in the row, has won number “one” position in Europe and the world’s 9th best city regarding outsourcing services.
