Within the programme launched by the European Space Agency titled “Polish Industry Incentive Scheme”, which is intended to increase the competences of the national space industry companies, SENER in Poland has a contract for the development of the equipment known as clamp band technology, i.e. mechanisms fastening satellites to the devices used for their transport and assembly. The project is also a great success as a result of the internship programme launched by the Industrial Development Agency, as the senior engineer is one of the winners of the first edition of the programme. 

XTPL is working on a technology of ultra-fine printing of nanomaterials and it has just reached a new breakthrough by reducing the printed line width to 124 nanometres. The entire process of producing the lines is completely repeatable, which means that XTPL can start commercializing its original technology.

XTPL was one of 15 companies in the world and the only Polish participant to present its technology at the Climate Innovation Summit in Frankfurt. The meeting was attended by over 300 leading representatives of the public sector, industry and major research institutions who discussed international collaboration aimed at developing low emission economy and sustainable growth.

Polish technology company DaftCode and VC fund Innovation Nest became the first investors of Perfect Gym Solutions one of the most promising Polish startups on the fitness market. The company delivers ultimate management solutions for fitness clubs and gyms. Within just two years, Perfect Gym gained more than 250 customers in 16 markets on 3 continents. With the new partners on board, this expansion has a big chance to further accelerate.

Filip Granek and Zbigniew Rozynek, young physicists with many years of international experience in research, are developing a breakthrough technology to produce ultra-thin, electrically conductive lines. The technology benefit the manufacturers of LCD displays, thin-film solar cells and touchscreens. The technological concept has already been successfully validated, and the patent procedure initiated. Valuation of the company XTPL, which is involved in the commercialization of the invention, may reach a capitalization of a billion dollars in the future.

Polish scientists won three gold medals with honours, eight gold medals and five special awards at at INPEX, the Invention and New Product Exposition. INPEX is the largest US Invention Trade Show organised for the 28th time.
