On 17 January 2015 the winners of this year’s competition for literary translators from Polish to Dutch will be announced. The award ceremony will take place during the Writers Unlimited International Literary Festival. The guest of this year’s festival will be Witold Szabłowski. The participants of the competition had to translate a fragment of his award-winning book, “The Assassin from Apricot City”.
The awards ceremony will be held on 17 January in Filmhuis Den Haag, at 6.30 p.m. Awards sponsored by the Polish Embassy in The Hague will be presented to the winners by the Ambassador Dr. Jan Borkowski.
The special guest of the evening will also be Witold Szabłowski.
