PEA is a non-profit organization for the public. PEA does not have a fixed budget; the only budget it has is dedicated for specific projects and is obtained mainly from the British public funds. We do not employ full-time employees and the statutory work is based on voluntary activity. We maintain our work thanks to projects, volunteer work and the enthusiasm of our founders. We created PEA for our community, because we believe that there is an urgent need to fill the gap that exists in the West Midlands and to support and promote the Polish society and culture.
PEA changes the society by strengthening the Polish community in Great Britain. We equip Poles with the skills and knowledge that are necessary to integrate and at the same time to live their lives to the full, with dignity and pride of their identity. In our work we also promote the Polish culture and heritage, at the same time bringing the society together.
PEA takes care of the society which every person feels a part of, and in which everyone takes full advantage of their rights, at the same time cultivating their own culture and tradition.
