The Portal of Polish community living in Catalonia.
It is a cultural-informative project addressed to the Poles and Polish community in Catalonia as well as the foreigners interested in Poland.
Every day poloniabarcelona.pl provides the most important information from the life of Catalonia, relevant from the point of view of Polish diaspora and Poles and promotes events and cultural and scientific initiatives connected with Polish community.
The portal is a huge centre of knowledge about the culture, language, gastronomy, tourism, entertainment and Catalan and Polish tradition. In sections of the portal we will find special ones that are devoted to searching job including foreign training practices for students. Materials are published mainly in Polish, but some selected articles or their summaries are available in Catalan and Spanish.
In the portal there is creating a database of Polish services in Catalonia and our users and people searching for help can share their knowledge on the forum.
Poloniabarcelona.pl is a dynamically developing centre of knowledge with the steadily growing base of fans not only from Poland. The portal has also extended communication in social media for instance facebook, twitter and pinterest.
Our activity is not only an online platform. Since 2010 we are working in the real world by organizing cyclic meetings of Poles in Barcelona and various cultural initiatives, for example, drowning an effigy of Marzanna in the sea, Easter picnic or Polish folk.
