Finalists in each category were selected by the Chapter consisting of the representatives of Polish organisations, under the chairmanship of Mr. Piotr Ładomirski and Vice-President Mr. Tomasz Rados.

Social activity – Foundation for Children Of Europe
Polonia Award – Jac Van Loon
Award of Internet users – Yvette Popławska
Special Award – Professor Jerzy Łukaszewski
The contest and the awarding of the prestigious statuettes took place during the Gala 14 in the Theatre Wolubilis in Brussels. Star of the evening was the band AudioFeels.
The organiser of the competition were the Polish Council of the Belgian, Polish Embassy in Brussels and organisations: Emigration Polish and Polish Expat Network.
