History does not have to and should not be boring. Our Polish history is simply fascinating. The Nowoczesna Polska Foundation has selected seven works of Polish literature which will serve as an example of what is important and remains unchanged. Within the “Listen Everywhere” Project there have been several podcasts recorded. They will tell you about the connections between history and literature.
The recordings have been prepared in Polish and English. You will be able to hear the following stories:
- Death, resurrection, death about the poetry of K.K. Baczyński
- Song of a Futile Hero (Pieśń I O Fridruszu, który pod Sokalem zabit od Tatarów roku Pańskiego 1519)
- The Horrible Teutonic Knights who do not have to be introduced

- Revolution – Caution Advised about Szewcy byWitkacy
- The Wedding – Secrets Unleashed – Stanisław Wyspiański
The first recordings are already available in the Wolne Lektury library. One of them is The Wedding – Secrets Unleashed that can be played or downloaded.
