We would like to present you three of the most popular Christmas Markets in Poland, just to make sure you won’t miss them!

Christmas Market Gdańsk

At this time of the year Targ Węglowy (Coal Market) in Gdańsk is transforming into the most festive place in the whole city! Be there to see charming Christmas decorations, ride on carousels with racing horses, and skate on the ice rink. But mostly visit for the fantastic food offered by exhibitors from all over the Europe! Taste some Christmas dumplings and bigos, Polish and Lithuanian meats, breads and sweets that are hard to get outside of festive season. Warm up yourself with meads, mulled wine, and cider (also non-alcoholic), choose your gifts and souvenirs.

Christmas Market is open until 23rd of December.

Christmas Market Kraków

Krakow also has a truly magical place, where everyone can visit colourful stalls, taste delightful traditional food, (grilled oscypek is a must!), and listen to traditional polish music. Colourful merchant’s stalls around the square’s Cloth Hall are selling regional products and crafts including Christmas decorations, candles or blown products, hand-painted porcelain, jewellery and regional products like embroidered tablecloths, moccasins, wickerwork, products made from rock salt, flour, hay or wood, and sweets.

This magical place in Kraków will disappear on 26th of December.

Christmas Fair at Barbakan in Warsaw

One of the Warsaw’s Christmas market is held at the Old Town Market Square. It’s an unmissable opportunity to see Warsaw’s reconstructed historic district bedecked in decorations including many Christmas trees lighting up main thoroughfares. Be sure to visit little stands from which vendors sell Polish treasures, and get some fantastic presents for yourself or your family!

Christmas Market in Warsaw is open until 8th of January.
