Packing essentials

Woodstock Festival Poland weather can be a fickle thing, so packing can be difficult. You need to be ready for all seasons and prepare to face the rain, the sun, and the wind. You will be camping out under the open skies and experiencing some great tunes.

There’s a lot to remember about when packing for the festival, so organizers prepared for you a handy festival packing list:

However, don’t worry if you forget anything, because there will be fully-equipped festival Lidl supermarket will be open round the clock!

What is as important as what you take with you is what you leave at home. Read our Rules and Regulations to get the idea what is allowed and what is forbidden at the festival site.

Organizers also have another request – please take everything you brought to the festival site with you as the festival ends. You often bring furniture to lounge at your campsite, and we really don’t need old sofas or lounge chairs. Make sure not to leave any rubbish behind as well!

Arrive safely!

Woodstock Festival Poland takes part in a small but picturesque town of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, located on what used to be Polish – German border.  Some folks have even let us know that they are planning to walk to Woodstock Festival Poland! There are different ways and means of getting to the festival site. Regardless of the fact if you choose to get here by train, car, bus, or even a plane, your health and safety are of key importance.

Be careful, pay attention to what goes on around you, and look out for your fellow travellers.

There is a long-standing tradition of Woodstock trains, seeped in Woodstock atmosphere from the very first stop. Trains, operated by polREGIO, bring festival goers to their destinations from different parts of the country. Upon your arrival in Kostrzyn nad Odrą you should follow instructions of the festival stewards and volunteers.

The train station can be very busy and they are doing all they can to help you get to the festival. There is a regular bus service departing from the train station. Getting to the festival site will cost 3 PLN.

You can always check your location on maps provided to Organizers by Esri
