Krzysztof Krauze, an eminent Polish director and screenwriter, has passed away on 24th December 2014 after a long battle with cancer. He was an author of feature and documentary films, which were awarded in Poland and abroad, such as Dług (The Debt), Mój Nikifor, Plac Zbawiciela (Saviour Square), Papusza.
