The Space Days Poland conference and the second edition of the European Rover Challenge will take place on 3 – 6 September in Poland. „This is an important event for the space sector in Poland and a great opportunity to present the potential of the engineering staff as well as the achievements of students” evaluates Grażyna Henclewska, Deputy Minister of Economy in Poland.

Robots built by students from Egypt, India, Columbia and Poland faced off in 2-days competition held between September 5th to 7th, at the Regional Science-Technology Centre in Podzamcze near Chęciny. The winner of the competition is the Mars rover Scorpio from the Wrocław University of Technology.

Polish constructors dominated the prestigious Mars rovers’ contest in the United States. The winner of the competition was a robot Hyperion from the Bialystok University of Technology; the team from the Rzeszów University of Technology also found its place on the podium.
The registration period for the European Rover Challenge 2014 is over – 24 teams, from all over the world, have applied to step up to the Challenge. The main event will be held September 5th to 7th, at the Regional Science-Technology Centre in Podzamcze near Chęciny.

Gold medals go to Polish designers at European largest robotics competition – RobotChallenge 2014.
The Mars Society announced 10 finalists chosen from 38 engineering student teams competing in its International Inspiration Mars Student Design Contest. Polish students from the Wroclaw University of Technology are among the finalists.
