The theme of the second issue in English version 2013, II is a new world order which is becoming reality. The present “old” order is falling apart. Factors defining power and dominance as well as standards in various spheres of life are changing. An attempt to discuss and reflect upon current changes has to be multifaceted and address issues that can hardly be contained in one volume only. Papers included in this volume cover the US world leadership and transatlantic relations, US-Russia conflicts over the spheres of interests and influence, Russia’s attempts to reconstruct its superpower role, China’s new role and more.
Przegląd Zachodni in English version was funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
