Adam Falkowski is a photographer of his small homeland – Podlasie. He focuses more on the province than on the city. He is looking for peace and balance in the small towns and villages and their eternal spiritual shrines. His photographs highlight the multicultural dimension which is characteristic for the region. Among the images of landscape and architecture, the author can also find a place for humans. He captures the inhabitants of this land both during daily activities and regular religious ceremonies and festivals.
