Do you sometimes miss the delicious Polish dishes? Would you like żurek (sour rye soup) with sausage and egg, highlander soup kwaśnica, beetroot soup with dumplings, ham hock, Silesian roulade, or perhaps homemade pierogi? Are you living in the Netherlands, or just passing through? Come to the restaurant Klein Zakopane and feel like at home. You will not only eat well, but you will also get to know the friendly owner of the restaurant – a true highlander!
The restaurant Klein Zakopane was established in 2000 and since then has been an important meeting and integration place for Dutch and Polish people. Evidence of that can be the regular organization of meetings of Polish entrepreneurs in the Netherlands with guests such as the Ambassador of Poland, Minister Rafał Baniak and Anna Popek.
In 2011, Mrs. Zofia Kruk, the owner of the restaurant, was the winner of the Competition Pole of the Year in the Netherlands in the category of business.
If you want to meet Mrs. Zofia and try her delicious dishes – you please remember this address:
Kerkstraat 55 Giesbeek (7 km from Arnhem).
We recommend it, since we are also its customers!
