March 26th was the first day of the new, summer timetable, but regular flights to the Swedish capital will be available from the Kraków Airport all year round. SAS planes flying from Kraków will land at the Arlanda airport connected with the centre of Stockholm by Arlanda Express fast train. I takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Stockholm from the airport.
An opportunity to explore
The largest Scandinavian airline’s new connection from Kraków is an opportunity to explore the rich network of the carrier’s flights, including attractive destinations in the Northern hemisphere. Stockholm, known as the city of thousand islands, is one of the most popular tourist destinations of the Scandinavian peninsula. This fast-developing Scandinavian metropolis is the main political, economic, scientific and cultural centre of Sweden.
Direct Kraków-Stockholm flight
The Kraków-Stockholm flights are scheduled twice a week, Thursdays and Sundays, providing a new long weekend opportunity. The flights are operated by Boeing 737. The direct Kraków-Stockholm flight is the second SAS connection from the Kraków airport. The Nordic airline also flies to Copenhagen. It is worth mentioning that the summer SAS timetable for Copenhagen includes e.g. an all year connection from Copenhagen to the Faroe Islands.
