The biggest groups of tourists came from: Germany (32.4%), Ukraine (13.5), Belarus (10.8%), Russia (4.5), Lithuania (4.1%) and Great Britain (3.3%). Analysis points out that „the Barcelona effect” has been stronger than it the expected one. The number of foreigners visiting Poland will be increasing in the next few years. Thanks to positive opinions of foreign guests and media, Polish image improved significantly. Poland noticed the biggest growth of country’s brand value among 100 surveyed countries.
