In May, as a part of  the 12th New Polish Film Festival – Filmland Polen 2014, organizers invite you to the film:

“Life Feels Good” directed by Maciej Pieprzyca

(Poland 2013| 90 min. | German subtitles)

Cast: Dawid Ogrodnik, Kamil Tkacz, Dorota Kolak, Arkadiusz Jakubik, Anna Nehrebecka, Katarzyna Zawadzka, Helena Sujecka, Mikołaj Roznerski and others.

Based on a true story, Life Feels Good is the story of Mateusz, a man living with cerebral palsy who has little to no contact with the world around him. Incorrectly diagnosed as mentally disabled, Mateusz is institutionalised at a clinic and takes a retrospective look at his life.

Life Feels Good is the inspiring and emotional story of one man’s struggle to be heard, to connect with the outside world and to be understood by those around him.

 

The screenings will take places in:

Hannover – May 17, 2014 (Saturday)  at 5.00 p.m. at Kommunales Cinema, Sophienstr.2

Hamburg – May 18, 2014 (Sunday) at 5.00 p.m. at Metropolis Cinema, Kleine Theaterstraße 10

Lübeck – May 25, 2014 (Sunday) at 4.00 p.m. at Kommunales Cinema, Mengstr. 35
