The displayed Polish startups featured a new method of managing a car fleet for small and medium-sized companies, a service which monitors brand image on social media and a mobile app which teaches children how to design unique toys on their own. All projects are largely based on customer reach possibilities offered by the internet.
During a two-hour session, the authors of innovative projects from Poland had a chance to talk about them with their Italian counterparts – and possible business partners in the future.
LUISS Enlabs, an Italian enterprise accelerator and the co-organiser of the “Polska Startup Day in Rome”, highlights on its website dedicated to the event that Poland’s economy is increasingly relying on innovation, which translates into hundreds of startups emerging each year.
During the seminar, Italian businessmen could also get acquainted with Polish solutions which support the growth of innovative entrepreneurship forms. They had a chance to talk about Poland’s economy to Katarzyna Kacperczyk, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak, President of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
