On November evenings we often dream about long summer days. The guests at the 13th edition of the FashionPhilosophy Fashion Week Poland – the most important fashion event in our country – will be able to feel the summer heat in the middle of autumn. For four days catwalks will be dominated by premiere collections prepared by the best designers and fashion brands for spring and summer 2016. They will dictate trends for the next few months. Thanks to partnership agreements between the Fashion Week Poland and international fashion shows, famous designers come to Łódź and the best Polish ones present their work in Portugal, Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Russia and Ukraine.
One of the traditions at the Fashion Week Poland is fashion shows by famous designers. This year they will include those from Moda Lisboa and Fashionclash Maastricht. In previous years the event was attended by such fashion celebrities as Dawid Tomaszewski, Agata Ruiz de la Prada, Nunno Gama, Slava Zaitsev, Junko Koshino, Miguel Vieira, Gaspard Yurkievich and Georges Chakra.
During the whole event several dozens of designers will be presenting their collections of original clothes, jewellery and accessories in the Showroom zone, where unique designs can also be bought.
Every year the event is visited by several hundreds of people, including representatives of the Polish and international media, designers, businesspeople, celebrities and fashion enthusiasts. It demonstrates the international scale of the event whose strategic partner is the City of Łódź, actively involved in the organisation of the whole venture.
