Over 100 events will be held between 21st and 29th of March durig PolskaÉire2015 festival. Events include football club open days, art exhibitions, seminars and conferences around integration, sport, Polish and Irish culture. Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dublin is one of the main initiators of the Festival.
Twenty thousand fans, including 1,000 Poles, wearing red and white hats with “Polska.pl” emblazoned on them, enthusiastically cheered on Marcin Gortat and the Washington Wizards during the second Polish Heritage Night in the US Capital. In addition to the thrill of the game, Wizard’s fans were treated to numerous special attractions prepared by the Polish Embassy in Washington DC, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Marcin Gortat’s MG13 Foundation and the American Polish Forum.
The jubilee 15th Children’s Polish Poetry Festival, Wierszowisko 2015, will take place this Sunday, 15th March 2015. As always, children, parents, teachers and invited guests will gather at the Maldenstijn Community Centre in Malden in the south of the Netherlands in order to admire the acting and declamatory skills of children from Polish schools.

On March 19-23 at the Salon du livre de Paris, the oldest and largest exposition event in the francophone world, Krakow and Wrocław, together with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Book Institute, will accentuate their literary and cultural identity. It is one of the biggest presentations of Polish literature abroad in 15 years!
