Samizdat, alternative rock scene, Andrzej Wajda’s film trilogy, Leszek Możdżer’s music, Jarocin festival, and “Warsaw-the City of Freedom” are the main subjects of the 12th “Corso Polonia”, a festival of Polish culture, which opened in Rome on 26 May.

On the occasion of Children’s Day, Sunday 1 June, the Prime Minister’s Office opened its gardens for a family picnic to honour children and twenty-five years of Poland’s freedom. The picnic was organised under the motto “There is no liberty without happiness.”

The report was presented in Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency on 27 of May.
Next foreign company has chosen Poland. Korean automotive company Mando located its plant in Wałbrzych. The factory’s opening ceremony was attended by undersecretary of state at the Ministry of Economy Ilona Antoniszyn – Klik and Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency president Sławomir Majman.

10th edition of Beauty Eurasia 2014, will be held in Istanbul on 12-14 Jun 2014 in Istanbul Fair Center(CNR Expo). This year, the fair will be attended by about 550 companies from 50 countries. 49% of exhibitors are foreign companies, including 21 companies from Poland.
