The President of the Committee on Culture of the European Parliament, Mrs Silvia Costa announced three finalists competing for the 2014 Lux Prize. One of the three selected films is “Ida” by Paweł Pawlikowski, co-financed by the Polish Film Institute.
Among 2014 Lux Prize European Parliament Award finalists are also:
Bande de filles (Girlhood), directed by Céline Sciamma /France
Razredni Svoraznik (Class Enemy), directed by Rok Biček /Slovenia
The winner of the 2014 Lux Prize will be announced on December 17 in Strasbourg.
