The Polish Business Seminar Mixer organized by BPCC and PBlink will focus on eCommerce. Seminar session along with Polish Business Networking will take place in London on 19 March 2014.
The ultimate aim of the regular Polish business meetings organised together with the British Polish Chamber of Commerce is above all integrating the Polish business community in the UK. Events also have an educational and informative purpose, allowing Polish entrepreneurs to increase their knowledge of running a business in the UK, as well as promote themselves among the UK business community.
UK leads in rankings for the highest value of retail online sales in Europe. In comparison with Brits, Poles spend on online shopping seventeen times less. If you run business in UK it is worth to expand in the Internet. The March workshop event is aimed at entrepreneurs in the UK interested in developing their business online.
During the seminar, invited experts will cover all major aspects of running online business: technical, marketing and legal. Event will answer on following questions: how to build proper online shop, how the use Google search engine, ad networks and Facebook to reach the Clients, how to collect and manage email database, tax aspects, website terms and conditions and return policy.
There will also be case studies session from Polish entrepreneurs who have already set up their own eCommerce firms in the UK. We’ll learn how they started out in business, and what lessons they’ve learnt from their experiences.
As well as presenting practical business information, the seminar will also offer each participant the chance to get to introduce themselves to everyone else, to get to know other Polish entrepreneurs and to swap business cards with each another. The informal part of the meetings starts with speed-networking, where participants have 30 seconds to talk about their business. Informal talks continue over a glass of wine. Please bring a large stock of business cards with you!
