“Everyone is talking about their business, but really few people can say they know how to ‘sell their stuff’. Founders want to learn the secret sauce of sales asap, especially if they want to go global”– Artur Kurasiński – Polish Business Thought Leader, Founder of Aula Poland and Muse.

Polish businesses, large and small, are facing a similar problem to Mr Kurasiński every single day. They have develop talented products and services that are disrupting the global marketplace, however they don’t have the skills on hand to take excellent products and put them in the hands of consumers worldwide.

This very real problem has forced many Polish businesses to hire outside of Poland in order to find talented and experienced business development teams. In turn stunting the growth and marketplace for young Polish sales people to develop, learn and grow.

PipelineSummit is a sales conference founded by Mick Griffin, an English native, who had built his sales experience in the UK, before relocating to Poland.

“As I started to integrate further into the Polish Business culture, I was overwhelmed with requests for assistance and training on how brands can increase business outside of Poland. Personally, being a normally experienced salesperson I was surprised at the high amount of interest, until I released that Polish businesses have few other options available to them, especially when they don’t have the budget to hire or travel abroad to increase their knowledge”.

This was the very reason why Mick created Pipeline Summit. He wanted to create an environment that both he, and other Polish businesses could learn from proven sales experts from around the globe.

Pipeline Summit’s experts are travelling over a combined total of 15,000 miles, from locations such as San Francisco, and New York to share their knowledge with Poland’s up and coming sales professionals in Gdansk on May 17th at Energa Arena.

“We have managed to recruit sales experts with experience from Google, Linkedin, Product Hunt and many more, that have never presented in Poland before. We are talking about strategies and processes that resulted in these companies being worth in excess of a billion dollars.” – Mick adds “If Polish brands can take 1% of that knowledge away, we will be able to replicate those results and see more of our own Polish $1 Billion companies. This is the true goal, to put Polish business very much on the map alongside Silicon Valley, New York, London and recently Tel Aviv.”
