Polish-Austrian Cultural Society Takt and Żubry – Young Poles in Vienna invite you to the concert of Michał Łanuszka which will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 9.00 p.m. at the Takt (basement club) in Vienna.

Michał Łanuszka – born in Kielce, loves Krakow, chosen to live in Wieliczka. An Actor and a classical guitarist by education. Raised on the songs by Paul McCartney and Seweryn Krajewski, he is a singer and a composer and in spite of nowadays trends he still believes that the power of a song is placed in the melody.

Łanuszka is a brand new quality on Polish music industry. His songs, thanks to their original lyrics and the artist’s charismatic voice, enter most intimate areas of the listeners’ sensitivity and imagination. In short, you can describe his output as the songs with rhythm, with rhymes and with sense.

Łanuszka is a volcano if the energy during all his concerts. He immediately catches great contact with the publicity. His unique personality is created by intelligent sense of humour, spontaneity, ability to play with words and to mix fun with thrill. And what is most important: each of his concerts is different and unforgettable as the director of each concert is the publicity.

Łanuszka is also a well-known personality of Polish Radio, as he worked for 7 years as a radio broadcaster in RMF Classic radio, hosting every day morning programs as well as his own Friday evening program called “The night of the poets of the songs”.

CD’s: His debut album „Bieski idiota” was released in 2009. He also sang two songs on the album “Świat wg Nohavicy” (along with such artist as Edyta Geppert, Zbigniew Zamachowski, Stanislaw Soyka), which was an homage of polish artist to the Czech singer-songwriter Jaromir Nohavica. Łanuszka also played a guitar on the Robert Kasprzycki’s album „Piosenki i nie”.

Second album of Łanuszka, called „A mialo byc tak pieknie”, was released in November 2012. It containes 10 emotional and energetic songs on the issues between HIM and HER: how they look for each other, how they find each other, how they miss each other and loose each other.

The album was produced in prestigious Studio 7 in Piaseczno by Blazej Domanski. Along with Łanuszka there were two young talented musicians co-creating the album: Szymon Madej (drums) and Pawel Wszolek (bass).
