This year we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of the 2004 enlargement of the European Union. We would to like to invite you for a seminar organized by PL-Student-NL, Academy of European Studies & Communication Management and European Integration Research Group the Hague University of Applied Sciences (De Haagse Hoge School). The meeting will be held on 14th May at 1.30 p.m. in de Haagse Hoge School (room OV 3.37). The seminar will be conducted in a group work and a debate about present and future prospective of the European Union from the perspective of Robert Schuman.

Our moderator will be professor Jaap se Zwaan, a well-known Dutch lawyer and an expert in the field of European law. Professor de Zwaan took part in negotiations of the Amsterdam Treaty and Single European Act.

A crucial aspect of the seminar is active participation of students. In order to smooth the organization, students will be divided into groups in order prepare a presentation on one of the topics, which can be freely narrowed down by them. Due to the allocation we would kindly request you to send us a proposal of your specified topic (not longer than half page of A4) before 22nd April to pl.student.nl@gmail.com.
