On January 25th at Pomerania Science&Technology Park in Gdynia Pro Progressio will organize the second edition of The BSS Forum – conference dedicated to modern business services industry.
After a great success of last edition of the Forum organized in Lublin, Pro Progressio together with Partners will summarize the BSS industry and will take efforts to define and analyse the trends and challenges for 2018. The Forum will gather over 300 delegates, who will have the opportunity to attend the discussion panels, presentations and workshops focused on wide aspect of business services.
Among a number of topics to be discussed during the Forum, there will be areas of business transformation, management, HR, personal data security, delegation of employees, employer branding, as well as practical sales workshops for those companies who’d like to build trade connections with UK market. There will also be three brain storming sessions dedicated to Call Contact Center, KPI and SLA’s as and foreign direct investments.
Over 50 speakers from Poland, Germany, United Kingdom and Brussels, representing advisory and consulting agencies, HR companies, BPO operation centres, Shared Service Centres accompanied by governmental and local public institutions, during 14 sessions will share their best experience, know-how and advices related to business services.
After the Forum, which will take all working day, Pro Progressio – already for the fifth time – will organize the Outsourcing Stars Gala. The event, which is already compared to the Oscars ceremony, will start at 20:00 at Arena Gdynia. This time the main motive for the Gala, but also for the Forum, will be “Rock Your Business”. Pro Progressio wants to present the BSS industry as the one which is still on the stage in main light of the lights and cameras – that is the reason on connecting it with music meaning of “Rock”. But this is not the only on connecting to the “Rock” name. The other is related to the stone, where the industry will be presented as this one, where – like water drills the rock – each year something new is discovered. What will be discovered in Gdynia, we will know already on January 25th.
