The main idea behind the “United States of Beta – Poles Jazz the World” record is openness to the world. It includes unique compositions, which take us into the world of musical diversity – ethno, jazz and chillout. It’s a distinctive mixture of influences and moods from the most distant places – from Scandinavia to Africa, from India to New York.

Artur Boguslawski – a piano player, versatile musician and co-author of the United States of Beta Projects is telling us about the creation of the “Poles Jazz the World” record, about his inspirations and about self-discovery.

In connection with the celebrations of 2014 as Oskar Kolberg Year, there was prepared a special multimedia application that will enable users to get to know the places associated with the life and work of this extraordinary ethnographer and folklorist.
