The second episode of the series “Cook with the Polish Embassy in Dublin” presents “karkówka w sosie grzybowym z pyzami”, which is a pork neck with wild mushroom sauce and steam buns. This warming dish was inspired by the flavours of the cold seasons and it is perfect for Irish, windy and rainy evenings.
The film is shot by The Academy of Photography and Forth Floor Hub based in Dublin (Robert Patyński and Tomasz Rola). This episode’s guests were: Robert Patyński and Paul Lebioda whose father was involved in Irish-Polish Society for many years.
