Cook with the Polish Embassy in Dublin – part 4 – placki ziemniaczane with mizeria

This time we invited to the Ambassador’s kitchen two charismatic guests: Elizabeth Buckley-Załęska (Senior HR Business Partner) and Kamil Chechłacz (Arts & Entertainment Marketing Consultant). They will prepare ‘placki ziemniaczane’ – potato pancakes with cucumber salad ‘mizeria’. You can serve them also with different toppings such as sour cream, sugar, wild mushroom sauce, meat sauce and many others. No matter which topping you will pick, they always taste delicious.
