From 750 respondents, an increase in total employment is planed by 12% of the companies, 9% intend to reduce employment, and 74% plan to maintain the same number of working places.
In comparison with the results from 4th quarter of 2012, the prognosis is better in 6 out of 10 surveyed branches. The dynamic growth has been noticed in the architecture, energetics, gas industry and water supply branches.
The annual increase in optimism of employers was noticeable in four out of the six surveyed regions. The highest increase was in the East region, for about 18 percentage points.
The minimum loss, for about 3 pp, was visible in South – West and North – West regions.
