In June 2013 compared with June 2012, industrial production in European Union grew by 0.4%. Poland was the second behind Romania which registered an increase of 9,6%. Finland recorded the largest decrease (-5.9%).

In June, compared with May 2013 production in European Union increased by 0.9%, while in Poland by 3,1%.

Poland recorded an increase in industrial production also according to the latest preliminary data of Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS). Compared with last year, Polish industrial production grew by 6,3%. Compared to June 2013, industrial production in July was higher by 1,5%. These data confirm a gradual recovery of the Polish economy. Furthermore, the average salary in Polish enterprises, compared with previous year, grew by 3,5.
