– The result of the survey is a further reason to believe that Polish economy is getting back on a path of growth. Employers see the future in bright colors. Quarter of them evaluate rate of economic growth for a better than in reality, 28% want to hire new employees, 17% want to give them a pay rise. Plans of employment growth in coming half year are directly connected with expected improvement of country’s economic situation. On the other hand, every second surveyed company has difficulties with finding suitable employees that will match the company’s requirements.
