Modern technological solutions based on robotics and artificial intelligence – regardless of whether they are used in communication processes, finance, HR management or broadly understood IT – are increasingly affecting business operations and customer services.
Katowice is a place where many of the companies that create and use the most modern IT solutions have their operational centres. The June meeting is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the offer of the Silesian BSS market and the opportunities that the Silesian Metropolis has at its disposal.
Invited experts will discuss the use of state-of-the-art solutions – not only with a distinction between industries. This time the organizers decided to show the main theme also on the basis of the customer-supplier relationship. The aim of the event will therefore be a comprehensive look at issues that are not visible at first glance, and without which it would be difficult to exist today. The meeting will be crowned by the presentation of Waldemar Nowak and Rafał Osmoła from Automation Innology, who will practically present technological innovations that are just entering the Polish and European market, and which will be a solid support for the BPO/SSC industry in the near future.
Among the issues discussed during the Forum there will be:
- the role of voice biometrics and artificial intelligence in modern customer service;
- trends in technology supporting accounting and tax departments;
- modifications of ERP systems to individual customer needs;
- differences in the use of technology in small, medium and large accounting and finance departments;
- applying the latest solutions in the back office (cybersecurity, optimization, GDPR from the IT perspective);
- using robotics in practice;
- the potential of the Silesian IT market.
The conference will take place on June 19th, 2018 at Vienna House Easy Angelo in Katowice and is dedicated to C-Level managers (CEO, CPO, CIO, COO) and also managers involved in the development and implementation of technologies in the areas of HR, finance, operations and IT. Among the speakers there will be experts representing: DSV, 3M Global Service Centre, Automation Innology, TMF Poland, Cludo, Algotech, Unified Factory, Exact and others.
The event is planned for 100 delegates, who after the conference will have the opportunity to jointly cheer during the transmission of the Poland – Senegal football match, which is the start of the group stage at the 2018 FIFA World Cup!
