This Tour de Pologne was hard fought up to the last metre. The seventh and last stage on the hard circuit in Bukowina Tatrzanska covered 132.5 km with 6 gpm primes, delivering plenty of thrills. Stage victory went to Holland’s Wout Poels (Team Sky) who got the best of the group of 5 riders in this Tour de Pologne.

The 6th stage in the 74th Tour de Pologne – UCI World Tour, from Kopalnia Soli “Wieliczka” to Zakopane for 189 km, featuring five 1st category GPM primes, the last one at 9 km from the arrival. This stage victory went to Australian Jack Haig (Orica-Scott).
Jolanda Neff (Swiss National Team) absolutely dominated the Tour de Pologne Women. The Swiss athlete also captured the third and last fraction, from Bukovina Resort to Bukowina Tatrzanska, and she takes home the first edition in the history of the Polish stage race for women.
Today, Saturday, July 16th, in the morning a truly special event has handed at the Wieliczka – Brzegi – Campus Misericordiae, where the 5th stage of the Tour de Pologne was handed off towards the final in Zakopane. During the press conference, the General Director of the Tour de Pologne, Czeslaw Lang has donated a Colnago bicycle to Pope Francesco.
Fernando Gaviria (Etixx – Quick Step) won the fourth stage of the 73rd Tour de Pologne UCI World Tour Nowy Sacz – Rzeszów / Podkarpackie. Colombian held on to the Skandia yellow jersey as leader of the GC.
It’s the third day of the race for the Tour de Pologne. Today the pack will face the longest stage in this 73rd edition of the Polish race, a good 240 km, from Zawiercie to Nowy Sacz.
Fernando Gaviria (Etixx – Quick Step) won the second stage of the 73rd Tour de Pologne UCI World Tour of Tarnowskie Góry to Katowice and became the new leader of the race.
After Warsaw the Tour de Pologne is heading south. The second day of the Polish stage race is a classic flat stage, in which sprinters should play the main role. The riders will start from Tarnowskie Gory and will ride south, discovering the lovely scenery of Upper Silesia.
Davide Martinelli (Etixx – Quick Step) won the first stage of the 73rd Tour de Pologne UCI World Tour from Radzymin to Warsaw and became the first leader of the race.
