Skandia Maraton Lang Team is one of the most popular cycling marathons in Poland. From the very beginning it is commonly known and popular event in the circle of people passionate about cycling. Thanks to this marathon, a lot of people have fulfilled their dreams by achieving their cycling goals and, consequentially, bicycling becomes widespread. Professionals, as well as amateurs take part in this event. Individual participants sign up for the marathon, but also whole families participate in the competition. Attendees are distributed into 29 age categories. To take part in the Skandia Maraton Lang Team you need a bike and a helmet – all the rest of the necessary things will be provided by organizers.

The first competition of this year Skandia Maraton Lang Team series begun on 26th of April in Warsaw (Agricola). Next one will be held on 31st May in Cracow.

Start in Cracovian Błonia Park. Because of marathon beginning in the center of a big city, marathon starts right after the start and before the very finish of the marathon, leads through asphalt sections of the city roads. The trails are quick to manage, not complicated technically. Ramps are easy to approach. The trail in some parts leads through roads and forest paths, but also includes gravel and cart tracks. MINI distance is easy, without difficult ramps. The difficulty of MEDIO and GRAND FONDO trails (leaded as mentioned above) depends on trials length.
