Fragments of a yet unpublished novel by Mario Vargas Llosa, a Nobel Prize winner, will be presented to the participants of the European Literature Night, which will be held for the second time in Wrocław on 28 June. The city has been named World Book Capital for 2016.

A hundred love poems by 25 contemporary authors are featured in the Polish-Bulgarian collection of poetry entitled Love is not the word. Anthology of Polish poets debuting after 1989 (Miłość nie jest tym słowem. Antologia poetek i poetów polskich debiutujących po roku 1989), just released in Bulgaria on the initiative of the Polish Institute in Sofia.
The latest book by Agnieszka Steur, Wojna w Jangblizji. W Domu (War in Jangblizja. At Home), a novel full of magic, touching moments and unusual encounters, will be available in bookstores on 10th July.

Polish film festival was held at FACT cinema in Liverpool between 2nd and 4th of June.
